Game developer Fatshark has recently announced that the next update for Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will introduce a new game mode to it.
The next update is called Chaos Wastes and will introduce a rogue-lite inspired mode. It is best played at the end-game and will introduce 15 new locations. Each run via the new mode will have its locations set in different ways and have different challenges for players to go through.
Players will need to understand the classes, abilities, boons, and items in order to survive this new game mode.

Chaos Wastes is a free update to Warhammer: Vermintide 2. Explore the unpredictable and dramatic lands of Chaos Wastes in this all-new 1-4 player co-op rogue-lite experience, expanding the Vermintide story in a new game mode.
The new free update for Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will be released on April 20 on PC. It will be introduced to consoles at a later time.
