Destiny 2‘s launch success was inevitable. According to Bungie’s official Twitter post last week on September 9, Destiny 2 got over 1.2 million players online playing.
Thank you all so much for playing, Guardians! Right now Destiny 2 has over 1.2 Million concurrent players online. We'll see you in the wild.

Destiny 2 launched last week on September 6, despite having issues on its launch day, Bungie planned to have more Strikes and Raid events in the game for the next couple of weeks in September. On Wednesday September 13, the Leviathan raid event will start; and on Friday September 15, Xur will be back to sell Exotic gears for the Guardians.
As of the moment, we have yet to publish our review some time next week as we want to make sure to cover the Leviathan raid.
Destiny 2 will launch next month on PC and it’s currently available on PS4, and Xbox One.
