It has now been confirmed that the PS4 version of Persona 5 Royal DLC bundle is also now available for free on the PlayStation Store.
Players who purchased Persona 5 Royal on the PS4 from the US PlayStation Store can now get the Persona 5 Royal DLC bundle for free. This will include the Kasumi Costume Bundle, the Battle Bundle, and the Persona Bundle. It will also include 6 individual sets of DLC, according to game industry insider Wario64 on his personal Twitter account.
This DLC bundle was supposed to be available only on the Deluxe Edition and can be purchased as a bundle and individually when Persona 5 Royal first launched on PS4. Now that the game is available on more platforms, the DLC bundles are now available for free from the start. Unfortunately, the PS4 version got left behind and at first, the bundle was not free to download. This is not the case anymore with this new announcement.
While it was revealed that the DLC bundle is now free, it is not clear if it will stay that way forever. It could be for a limited time or the other way around, which is a welcome thought.
Persona 5 Royal is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
