Midna’s Helmet is one of the headgears that can be obtained in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It is based on the headpiece Midna wore in Twilight Princess, and it is one of the headpieces that have high base defense stats in the game. On top of that, this helmet also provides some resistance to the effects of gloom.

Where to Obtain Midna’s Helmet in Tears of the Kingdom
Midna’s Helmet can be obtained from a chest in the Lone Island Coliseum within the Depths. To reach this area, you must first sail over to Eventide Island.
At the northern tip of the island at 4495, -3457, 0000, you will find a chasm that leads to the Depths close to where the coliseum is.
Upon entering the coliseum, you will be fighting against waves of bokoblins from the red bokoblins, to a white bokoblin. After defeating all of the bokoblins, you will then be able to get the chest that contains the helmet.
Midna’s Helmet provide 7 defense points and it also gives Gloom Resistance with 1 hollow heart which allows Link a bit more time to be exposed to Gloom without getting his health affected by the debuff.
