There are only two answers to each question Meidra has for you witch each either aligned with the Doe and Ravager. Depending on what you answer with, you’ll either get the Barkskin or Bloodstream traits respectively. Most questions are easy to gauge depending if your answer aligns with lawful (Doe) and chaotic (Ravager) however some can be pretty morally gray and blur the two.
After answering these questions, Meidra will determine if you have the Doe’s Eyes or the Ravager’s Eyes. These will give you exclusive traits that you’re going to want depending on what build you’re going for. Afterwards, you’ll have to decide if you want to return the Tear of Kaeula to Meidra but this has no impact on whether you get Barkskin or Bloodstream.
Barkskin or Bloodstream Trait?
Barkskin essentially makes you tougher and provides 1% damage reduction per level. While Bloodstream gives you Grey Health Regen for 0.3% per second each level, meaning you’ll heal better against injuries over time. What trait you pick depends on your playstyle.
For Challengers, we recommend the Barkskin since this reduces damage taken. At Level 10, the Barkskin can provide up to 10% damage reduction which is great for players who are in the thick of battle. For archetypes like the Medic or Gunslinger, the Bloodstream might do better in the long run since Grey Health Regen keeps you in the fight. At Level 10, the Bloodstream restores 3/s which can be valuable.
