It’s a new day for EA football. EA Sports and FIFA decided to part ways a while back, leaving EA in an interesting position. Instead of abandoning their flagship franchise, the company has decided to start anew with a new series called, EA Sports FC.
In this EA Sports FC 24 trophy guide, I’ll tell you how you can approach a potential trophy run for the game. Do keep in mind that this is a sports game, and it may take you longer than expected to get all the trophies despite how reasonable they appear on paper. (Please note that this game has multiplayer online trophies attached to it.)
There are 41 trophies to earn in the game.

To have a chance at getting the platinum trophy in EA Sports FC 24, you’ll need to be well-versed in practically all game modes – Career mode, Volva Football, Manager, and Ultimate Team. It doesn’t really matter which one you decide to get the trophies first as currencies and EXP don’t carry over to other game modes. But if you’re going for efficiency, it’s best that you get all the trophies in one mode first while doing some Ultimate Team on the side.
Let’s first start with career mode. There are a few trophies directly related to the game mode. The Do Your Homework Bronze trophy asks you to check a pre-match report, complete a training session, and attend a press conference before a match. All of these actions are done in a menu that is full of pop-up text boxes, so it might be confusing at first. I do believe you need to be at least a noteworthy player on the team to do a press conference. As for the training session, I don’t know if you can get away with a simulation. So, it might be a good idea to just do them after a press conference.
The first trophy you will most likely get is the Fashion Icon Bronze trophy. You get this by equipping a face guard and a tattoo to your avatar from the customization menu.
If you do extremely well in your matches, you will start to get the attention of scouts. This is where your agent comes in, they will ask you to keep up what you are doing, ultimately leading to a better contract or a way to get to another team. Following their advice twice will earn you the Precious Advice Bronze trophy.
Keep building on your character to eventually win the UEFA Champions League and earn the European Legend Gold trophy. This will take quite a bit of time since a football season consists of a pre-season, the season itself, and a post-season elimination tournament.
Player development is a big deal in this game mode. This is mostly done through decisions that affect one of three personality types: Heartbeat, Virtuoso, and Maverick. To get the Dazzling Personality Silver trophy, you’ll need to invest heavily in one personality trait from the get-go.
Now, PlayStyle+ is a direct result of your personality choices. Maverick is the personality type you should focus on to get a PlayStyle+ kick to unlock the PlayStyle+ Silver trophy.
The Volta Football game mode is this game’s name for street football. They are essentially pickup games with a loose set of rules heavily in favor of aggressive play. It’s a good place to have fun after a couple of sweaty matches.
The Volta’s Best Bronze trophy asks you to reach 90 OVR with your Avatar. It shouldn’t take too long since the matches are quick and you can rack up a lot of points by playing well. Additionally, your Avatar will start closer to 80 instead of 60-70 in career mode.
Multiplayer is highly encouraged in this game mode with friends. You get the Teamwork Works Bronze trophy for getting 3 other friends involved in a 5v5 Volva squads match.
The more you progress in Volta Football, the more Volta Coins you’ll earn for cosmetic purchases. You get the Shop Till You Drop trophy for purchasing one item and the Full Wardrobe Gold trophy for unlocking 50 different vanity items.
A lot of the random trophies you’ll earn in the game come from Ultimate Team. They are mostly acquired by continually interacting with all the systems in play. The following two trophies are tied to your ability to build a team and win with them.
One of the trophies that’ll take you a while to do is the Record Breaker Gold trophy. It requires you to reach 200 club appearances with a player in Ultimate Team. 200 matches is nothing to sneeze at unless you live and breathe simulated football. The Seasoned Veteran and End of the Line Silver trophies need to be in a single season. You can work towards those at the same time.
The Squad Building Completionist Bronze trophy asks you to complete 10 Squad Building Challenges. You work towards building these as you take your squad into different matches. The more they play together, the more chemistry they develop. You get The Alchemist Bronze trophy for building a squad with 33 Chemistry Points.
Preventing goals is hard to do against a competent squad. The Defensive Masterclass Bronze trophy asks you to keep 10 clean sheets in UT Squad Battles. That’s matches you’ll have to win with a score of X-0. You’ll get it eventually but don’t assume you will easily get it after 10 straight matches.
And finally, there’s the Manager Career. In this mode, you are the manager of a football club and you’ll have to make decisions that’ll hopefully lead your club to victory. One of those choices involves bringing in expert coaches to help train your squad. You get the Golden Generation Gold trophy for hiring the best coaches for each department in your club. You’re not confined to just being a spectator too. The “An Ace Up Your Sleeve” Bronze trophy is awarded to you for jumping into a match and scoring a goal.
And that’s everything I have for this EA Sports FC 24 trophy guide. Like many other sports games, you are expected to get everything after 24 hours of play. This is a long drawn-out process, like an entire sport’s season. Be patient and you’ll get that trophy eventually. Good luck out there, Trophy hunters.
I have also reviewed the game on PS5 and found it extremely enjoyable though I am primarily a basketball fan a majority of the time.
EA Sports FC 24 is set to release on September 29, 2023, on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, and PC (via Steam and EA Play).
