Super Robot Wars Y full roster list is out, and every mecha anime fan is excited to see new mecha anime titles coming out soon. In this article, we are now giving fans an in-depth summary of each of the newcomers that are coming to the series with their full summary.

Getter Robo Arc
Taking place several years after Getter Robo Go, Earth is now a post-apocalyptic world. Hayato, now an aging scientist, has completed Professor Saotome’s masterpiece, Getter Robo Arc. Piloting it are Ryoma’s son Takuma, the human-dinosaur Kamui, and the younger brother of Tayel, Baku. Alongside the reformed Dinosaur Empire, they fight the insectoid Andromeda Flow Country, attacking from across time and space.
Macross Delta The Movie: Passionate Walkure
In 2067 AD, a strange disease called “Vár Syndrome” causes humans to become berserk, lose themselves and rampage. The antidote is the tactical sound unit Walküre. In order to quell in the symptoms of “Vár Syndrome”, their tour of the stars with live performances expands. At the same time, however, variable fighter troops called “Aerial Knights” of the “Kingdom of the Wind” make their moves to conquer the entire Brísingr Cluster. Entangled with the mystery of the Protoculture’s legacy, the curtain is raised for the story of passionate teamwork and love larger than a star system.
Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury
Suletta Mercury leaves her planet and enters the Asticassia School of Technology at the behest of her mother. There, right and wrong are determined through duels between students, and the top-ranking duelist will receive Miorine Rembran as their fiancée—this prize being decided by Miorine’s father. When Guel Jeturk, the best pilot in school and Miorine’s current fiancé, demands that his betrothed move in with him, Suletta disapproves, so Guel challenges her. Although she emerges as champion, Suletta is subsequently detained on suspicion of piloting a forbidden type of mobile suit—a GUND-ARM, or “Gundam”—which results in her victory being voided. Miorine refuses to accept any more injustices and proposes another duel with even higher stakes. Now, Suletta must triumph a second time, otherwise she will be expelled and the Gundam Aerial that means so much to her will be destroyed.
SSSS.Dynazenon
One day after school, first-year high school student Yomogi Asanaka comes across a starving man under a bridge. Introducing himself as Gauma, the strange drifter informs Yomogi that he is a “kaiju user,” a person who deals with the “kaiju”—monsters who bring harm to the city and its citizens. The following evening, Yomogi runs into Gauma and his classmate Yume Minami. Simultaneously, a kaiju appears in a populated area of the city. Due to Gauma’s lack of experience controlling the kaiju, he brings out a mysterious object from a glowing pouch, summoning a giant robot known as Dynazenon. Requiring the cooperation of four people, the mecha drags Gauma, Yomogi, Minami, and Koyomi Yamanaka—an unemployed man who was wandering on the street—into its cockpit. Their encounter with the kaiju marks the beginning of their entanglement with kaiju eugenicists—kaiju users who manipulate kaiju with ill intent—and their efforts toward bringing out the full potential of Dynazenon.
Godzilla: Singular Point
When Yun Arikawa and his partner, Haberu Katou, investigate a house rumored to be haunted, the last thing they expect is to stumble into a mystery that will soon envelop the entire planet. While measuring strange radio signals, they receive a call from Mei Kamino, a graduate student investigating the same signal and using the equipment their company previously installed. After an odd night, Yun returns to work at Ootaki Factory, a tech company that actually exists to produce Jet Jaguar—a robot that conspiracy theorist Gorou Ootaki has dreamed of creating. However, when flying dinosaur-like creatures known as Rodan are attracted to the strange radio signals, Jet Jaguar seems to be the only force capable of fighting them. As Yun and Mei investigate the Rodans’ sudden appearance, more dangerous monsters begin to surface from the ocean—along with enigmatic red dust.
Super Robot War Y will official be released on August 28, 2025 for the PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
