AdHoc Studio — a team of former Telltale Games developers — has officially launched its debut title, Dispatch, available now on PC and PS5. The first two episodes of the superhero workplace comedy are out today, with six additional episodes releasing weekly through November. The full eight-episode season can be purchased for $29.99 / £24.99 / €28.99, granting access to every upcoming installment.
Dispatch follows Robert Robertson, also known as Mecha Man, a retired hero who lost his mech suit in battle and now works a desk job at the Superhero Dispatch Network. Instead of saving the world directly, he manages a team of ex-villains while navigating office politics, messy missions, and lingering grudges from his crime-fighting past.

The game’s ensemble cast brings together a mix of top-tier voice talent from television, video games, and online media. Performers include Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Laura Bailey (The Last of Us Part II), Erin Yvette (The Wolf Among Us), Jeffrey Wright (Westworld), Travis Willingham (The Legend of Vox Machina), Alanah Pearce (Cyberpunk 2077), Matthew Mercer (Critical Role), MoistCr1TiKaL, Jacksepticeye, Lance Cantstopolis, Joel Haver, and THOT SQUAD — a lineup that bridges games, film, and internet culture.
Developed by the studio’s founding team of Nick Herman, Dennis Lenart, Pierre Shorette, and Adam Hines, Dispatch carries forward the Telltale legacy of choice-driven storytelling, blending cinematic direction, humor, and player-shaped drama. Each episode continues the story with branching dialogue and moral decisions that ripple through future chapters.
We built Dispatch to be something people can play, watch, and talk about together. Some of our favorite gaming moments come from comparing choices with friends, and we hope this series sparks those same kinds of conversations.
