The Last of Us 2 is one of the most anticipated games in 2020 alongside Cyberpunk 2077 and the Final Fantasy VII Remake. It should be no surprise that everybody is holding the game up to very high standards. There is a lot riding on this game as it has rather big shoes to fill from its predecessor. But it seems the developers are confident that not only they’ll meet expectations, they’ll surpass it.
The hype is real for The Last of Us 2. Coming this 29th May we’ll truly see if this game can “redefine” Triple A gaming. Whatever that means. We’ll see soon enough. Perhaps this will finally change the anti-consumer standards most Triple A gaming have set up for themselves recently.
