Bethesda Softworks has announced a standalone prequel to their acclaimed game Wolfenstein: The New Order.
In Wolfenstein: The Old Blood the Nazis are on the brink of winning the world war and as a last ditch effort to turn the tide, B.J. Blazkowicz is dispatched in this two-part adventure to Bavaria. In Part One, Udi Jäger and the Den of Wolves, Blazkowicz breaks into Castle Wolfenstein to steal the coordinates to General Deathshead’s compound. In Part Two, The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs, Blazkowicz’s search then leads him to the city of Wulfburg which houses an obsessed Nazi archeologist exhuming artifacts of dark, insurmountable power.
