Borderlands Movie Gets Reshoots Done by Deadpool Director

Info is scarce, but this new one changes things up!

A new report has revealed that reshoots are being done for the Borderlands movie and it will be handled by a new director.

Media outlet Deadline revealed that the original Director Eli Roth has now handed over the position of handling the movie adaptation to Deadpool Director Tim Miller. He will now handle the final two weeks of shooting as Roth will be doing a new project.

According to the report, handing over the production of the Borderlands movie was “amicable.” After that, the first test screenings of the films were done.

Currently, there is no release schedule for the Borderlands movie. It was supposed to be in theaters sometime in 2022 but that did not happen.

The movie cast includes Cate Blanchett (Lilith), Kevin Hart (Rolan), Ariana Greenblatt (Tiny Tina), Jamie Lee Curtis (Tannis), and Jack Black (Claptrap).
