CAPCOM Showcase Entries Confirmed by New Announcement

Exoprimal, Dragon's Dogma 2, and more to be showcased!

CAPCOM has officially confirmed its titles to be announced in the upcoming CAPCOM Showcase.

A few days ago, it was revealed that a CAPCOM Showcase will be on June 12, 2023. This will be roughly 36 minutes of news and updates on the company’s latest titles. This has made fans speculate which titles would be revealed or updated during the showcase. It was clearly stated that the games shown will not be suitable for children so most of them will be mature. Some speculated that it will be Dragons Dogma 2, the new Monster Hunter title, and more. A new post has now revealed some of the titles that will be showcased.

CAPCOM Showcase Schedule and Major Lineup

According to the latest post on the official Twitter account of CAPCOM USA, the CAPCOM Showcase will be on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 3 pm PT/ 6 pm ET/ 11 pm BST. It will have a lineup of Dragon’s Dogma 2, Exopromial, Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, and a few other updates.

No Monster Hunter Love

We did correctly predict that Dragon’s Dogma 2 will be showcased, but no mention of the next Monster Hunter title. Hopefully, this will be one of the few surprises that CAPCOM will reveal during the event. The other titles that are surprisingly going to show up are Exoprimal and Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective. The former was a big title that CAPCOM was going to launch soon, but it seems the developers are going to show more content possibly gameplay. The latter might be more gameplay as well since previous trailers only showed bits and pieces of it. Maybe a full clip of it this time with explanations.

Hoping for Resident Evil: Code Veronica Remake

There could also be a tease of the upcoming new Resident Evil remake, possibly Resident Evil 5 or hopefully, the most anticipated Resident Evil: Code Veronica. CAPCOM has been asking fans which title they desire to be remade in the future and the majority of the votes went to Cod Veronica. RE5 too please, but Code Veronica should be first on the list.
