Petrified Giant I is one of the mine quests in Coral Island. The Giants have suddenly turned into stones, and the chieftain wants to find out how they can be freed again. Read ahead as we go through the steps on how to complete the Petrified Giant I quest in Coral Island.

How to unlock the Petrified Giant I quest

The Petrified Giant I quest will become available after completing the Temple Offering quest. You will receive a message from the Chieftain telling you to meet up at the Mines.

For this quest, you will need to descend into the deepest part of the Earth Mine, where the Earth Guardian seal has been kept. There are a total of 40 levels in the mine, with floors that have bonuses on every 5th and 10th floor. You can find chests on these floors with the following rewards:

    • 10th: Ring of Speed
    • 20th: Gold-encrusted Hammer
    • 30th: x12 Spikes
    • 40th: x4 Jamu

The Basic Pickaxe usually breaks the rocks in the Earth Mine after 1-3 hits. Most of the ores that you will get from this mine are Bronze Ores.

After reaching the final floor, approach the seal, and it will break. The chieftain will then come and tell you to meet back up at the entrance. You’ll then meet Grog, who is the Earth Giant freed from being petrified. The quest will be completed, and the Water Mine will be opened for the next quest.
