The differences between the two are way glaring.

Game company Crytek has recently shared a new comparison trailer for the upcoming Crysis Remastered Trilogy focusing on the PlayStation 3 vs. the PS5 versions.

A new trailer was recently dropped by Crytek on their official YouTube channel featuring how the PS3 original version compares to the new PS5 one in terms of graphics and performance.

The difference is quite glaring. While the PS3 version was in its prime during its time, but the PS5 version has taken a lot of big strides in terms of improvements. The visuals are sharper, clearer, and refined for the new-gen version compared to the grainy and low resolution of the PS3 version. Also, the frame rates are near realistic for the PS5 version with almost 60 FPS, which offers smoother gameplay.

A comparison trailer of the Xbox 360 and Xbox Series X/S versions for Crysis Remastered Trilogy was released a while back as well.

Crysis Remastered Trilogy is a combination of all three titles of the popular series with all of its base games and extra contents. It will be released on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC with gameplay even smoother on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. While they can have the whole trilogy package, they can also purchase the three titles separately this coming Fall 2021.
