Game company Microsoft has now expanded their existing refund policy for the Xbox One version of controversial video game Cyberpunk 2077.
The official Twitter account of Xbox Support recently stated that Microsoft has expanded their existing refund policy especially for the controversial game. Players who have purchased it digitally from the Microsoft Store can now get full refunds if they wish it. More details will be coming later on.
The game company stated that they know about CD Projekt RED developers working hard to ship this game in extremely challenging circumstances. They also acknowledge the fact that many players are not happy with their current experience on older consoles, unfortunately.
Microsoft affirms that to date they have granted refunds to many customers who have requested one. In order to get one, they ask that the players follow the steps listed on the refund page.
Cyberpunk 2077 is now available on digitally on Xbox One and PC. PS4 digital versions have been pulled out for now while physical versions are still available at retail stores. PS5 and Xbox Series X/S upgrades are coming next year.
