The Crowned Seahorse is often found in the Blue Hole Depths between the depths of 130m to 250m. They usually spawn inside the channels that are lined up with tubeworms.
How to Catch a Crowned Seahorse
To catch a Crowned Seahorse, you must first complete the Reticent Girl sub mission where Maki rewards you with the Bug Net. Using the Bug Net, you can simply approach a seahorse and swing the net to catch it. Seahorses caught this way will always be in 3* quality.
