On 2013, Dead Rising 3 was released as an Xbox One exclusive. The game most likely sold well in the console, but now there were rumors surrounding the development. Rumor has it that Capcom Vancouver is ditching the engine they built in favor of a partnership with Epic Games, meaning that the studio will be working exclusively with the Unreal Engine 4 from here on out. It isn’t sure however, if the game is also an Xbox exclusive.
The rumour comes from an insider on NeoGaf who goes by the user name of Ekim who confirmed the development of Dead Rising 4. Whether this rumor is really confirmed or it stays as a rumor, there is only one way to find out for sure, and that is E3.
