Apparel and accessories designer Acronym recently released an ad showing a Death Stranding-inspired jacket. The only problem is it is already sold out.
Death Stranding Jacket looks amazingly like in game
According to the official listing of the jacket, it is the official BRIDGES variant of the J1A-GT Gen 2.2. This is to commemorate the release of the video game, and it was actually developed in close collaboration with Hideo Kojima and KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS. What that means is that the man himself was actually hands-on with the design of this beauty and it totally shows on the final product. It looks exactly what main character Sam Porter Bridges wore in the game.
The jacket is built with next generation Gore-Tex Pro fabric technology. It is designed form improved ruggedness, increased breathability, and greater comfort in more condition. Even the collector’s edition baby figure can somehow be attached to this jacket. It looks awesome. It has so many pockets and somehow you can attach your ear pods on the neck area. The hoodie is detachable too.
The official website of Acronym has already written that the jacket is sold out there, but research dictates that it is still available on KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS official webstore. Careful though, it costs $1900 on the official website of Acronym. It’s 192,500 Yen on KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS official webstore.
The game is already available on PlayStation 4.
