Destiny 2 Will Get New Accessibility Options for Certain Types of Players

The game is now more accessible to more players with these new options.

Bungie has recently announced that Destiny 2 will be getting new accessibility options for certain players.

According to the developers, Destiny 2 Season of the Deep on May 23, 2023 will introduce a new option for players to amend the Enemy Targeted Reticle Color that changes when aiming at an enemy. Subtitles have new color options too to make it easier to read. These are new accessibility options for the game specifically for color blindness.

Bungie will also add new color presets for Commendations. This will make it easier for players with color blindness to clearly see the rewards.

According to Bungie, accessibility in games is now a necessary initiative for developers. More and more developers are incorporating these features into their games with one goal: to make their games more enjoyable to many people.

Destiny 2 is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
