Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust is a main quest that paves the way to unlock Vanellope in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This also grants you access to one of the new features in the game that will earn you moonstones, which is called the “DreamSnaps Challenge.” This is pretty much one of the major objectives that you’ll have to complete as you do the quest, and it can be confusing at first.
Read on, and this guide will walk you through all the objectives needed for Vanellope’s Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust quest and introduce you to DreamSnaps Challenge in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust Walkthrough
The Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust quest has the following list of objectives:
- Participate in the DreamSnaps Challenge
- Snap a photo with the Tag requirements seen in the DreamSnaps menu.
- Talk to Vanellope in the Dream Castle.
- Place Vanellope’s House in the Village.
- Use the Scrooge McDuck sign to pay for the construction of Vanellope’s House.
- Welcome Vanellope.
- Welcome Vanellope to Dreamlight Valley.
Find Vanellope in Dream Castle
Begin the quest by talking to Vanellope once you find her by the fountain, inside Dream Castle. She’ll task you to take a picture from around the Valley and upload it to the DreamSnaps network. This will then unlock the DreamSnaps feature found in the Events Tab.
Complete the DreamSnaps Challenge
To complete the DreamSnaps Challenge in Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust, you need to take a picture using your phone tool along with the Tag requirements shown in the DreamSnaps menu.
The specific Tag requirements for the DreamSnaps Challenge in Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust are listed below. Keep in mind that the requirements will change based on the current weekly DreamSnaps Challenge once you complete the quest.
- Mandatory Requirements – 5 Playful Items, 5 Familiar Items
- Suggested Requirements – Modern, Wreck-It Ralph
You may simply find the required items for the DreamSnaps Challenge by using the toggle button that will appear on top once you select the “All” category in your Furniture Tab. The more items you have, the better. If not, simply farm some coins and buy furniture in Scrooge McDuck’s store.
Now set out all of the necessary furnitures and position them so that they can be captured together. Once done, take a picture and toggle the DreamSnaps Menu in the top left corner of the photo (press D on PC), then Submit your entry once you’ve met both 5/5 requirements.
Talk to Vanellope and Place her House in the Valley
After taking a picture for your DreamSnaps entry, head back to the Dream Castle and talk to Vanellope. After the conversation, head back to the Valley and find a suitable location to build Vanellope’s house, which will cost you 4,000 Star Coins.
Once the construction is complete, talk to Vanellope once more and complete the Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust quest.
