To appease the fans of the franchise, game studio Techland has uploaded a new video that sheds a light to what the development of Dying Light 2 is at now.
The new video started first with seems to be the leaders behind the project. They were telling what some “worried” fans were posting on social media lately. Most of them were impatient comments and the team understand where they are coming from. Which is why perhaps they elected to post an update right now to appease these worried fans.
The leaders then shared that they are currently working on the sequel very carefully. They want to release a game that everyone could really enjoy. They are also hoping that the fans would be patient because they will be releasing more information later on.
As a show of good faith, Techland then showed a small glimpse of what fans can expect in the upcoming sequel. They also shared their Discord channel where fans could share their questions there and the team would answer them the best they can.
Dying Light 2 will be released sometime this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Possibly coming to Xbox Series X/S and PS5 too.
