New rumor suggests there is going to be an Elden Ring DLC that will introduce PvP Arena multiplayer mode.
Popular souls modder and maker of 60 FPS mod for Bloodborne Lance McDonald revealed that he has discovered an interesting area which seems to be a Colosseum of sorts when he mods the game with free camera. He thinks this could be used for a future multiplayer PvP arena. He also thinks this could be accessible if there are going to be pathways that will be implemented in the future.
There are a few other identical Colosseums that can be found in various regions as well according to McDonald but all are not accessible without mods. Could this be the groundwork for a future DLC?
FromSoftware has introduced a few DLCs but large in size to several Souls games like The Ringed City and more. The third Dark Souls title did also have a DLC with a similar PvP arena. Not quite literally, but it did work as such.
Is it possible we are going to get more Elden Ring content even though it is already large in content? Who knows, fans are still clamoring for more content so it could happen.
Elden Ring is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
