Amber Location
Amber can be mined from veins which are usually located within shrouded areas. The earliest location quest-wise where you can encounter Amber veins is the shrouded area east and south of the Revelwood Ancient Spire, the northwest region of Embervale.
Look for orange colored rocks on the side of rock walls or on the ground and mine the amber using any pickaxe.
Amber Uses
Amber is one of the materials needed to upgrade The Flame to level 4. 15 Amber is needed for this particular upgrade.
Amber is also used as a crafting material for a number of gear.
