There have been a lot of events that have cancelled this year due to COVID-19, E3 2020 and GDC to name a few; Evolution Championship Series may not be one of those events. The long running fighting game tournament is still set for July despite concerns regarding the coronavirus pandemic.

However, it may be possible for the event to be either postponed or cancelled altogether. If that happens, consumers will be refunded for their tickets. Right now, health and safety concerns will be the deciding factor as to whether Evo 2020 will still continue at its set date.
