A Square Enix executive has confirmed that there will be more content coming for Final Fantasy VII Remake next year.
Director and Producer Yoshinori Kitase recently shared these new details about Final Fantasy VII Remake on Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu. He stated that everyone should expect a lot of development for the FFVII Remake collection. He also said that for next year his keyword will be VII and it will be his keyword for several years to come.
Although three of the seven different promotions for Final Fantasy VII Remake have already been completed this year, the celebration for its 25th anniversary continues next year. The completed promotions were the Twitter campaign, the one for Cloud’s birthday, and the last one for the launch of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion.
Kitase said that there will be more details of the remaining four promos next year.
The producer also promised that there will be more information about Final Fantasy VII Rebirth next year. It is still planned for release by the end of 2023.
