Fortnite Update 3.03 Addresses Bugs and PS5 Stability Issues

Game company Epic Games just released the newest minor update for popular online battle royale Fortnite.

Update 3.03 finally fixes a few issues that the game has like the queuing bug with the tournaments, performance issues on the PC, and more. The most important improvement is the fix of the PS5 stability issues that many players experienced before this update was rolled out.

With the release of this maintenance patch, you will notice a decrease in texture quality when using Performance Mode. This is intended in order to maintain high FPS in the mode and prevent invisible constructions.

Fair warning though, the whole update is more or less 1GB on PS4, but could be bigger on the PS5. There is also a note where the Performance Mode will have a decrease in texture quality. This is needed to maintain high FPS in the mode and to prevent invisible constructions.

Fortnite is now available on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
