A Riddle Amidst the Crowds is a new quest that follows after the A Gathering of Outlanders quest and is part of the latest update of Genshin Impact Version 3.5’s Windblume’s Breath event. The latest event has players collecting a Breath of Joy for Sucrose’s Research, and doing so will grant access to some interesting new minigames.

How to Start A Riddle Amidst the Crowds Quest
This quest can’t be initiated until the previous one, “A Gathering of Outlanders,” has been completed. Once done, Players can keep tabs on their progress in the quest journal or get a head start by selecting the “Start Event” button on the Windblume’s Breath page. Keep in mind that participants must meet Sucrose by the fountain in front of her Alchemy shop between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
How to Complete A Riddle Amidst the Crowds Quest
Once players have met up with Sucrose, follow the quest marker in order to look for Collei. Afterward, a short scene will begin, and the group will split up, with players controlling Sucrose and Collei on the hunt for Lisa.
Follow the quest marker, and in a closed-door area, another conversation will begin with some unexpected guests. After which, players will be back in control of their team, and they will need to head to the bulletin board to see another cutscene.
Then, players will be in control once more of Sucrose and Collei as they will be given instructions to find another group of characters in the highlighted area.
Once the objective has been fulfilled, a short scene will play, and players will need to head up the cliff ahead of them to see another lengthy cutscene. Finally, head back to the alchemy bench in Monstadt. Sucrose and Collei will be standing at the Sucrose Mailbox, and the quest will be complete.
A Riddle Amidst the Crowds Quest Rewards
Once the quest is completed, players will receive the following rewards that they will find useful in their future endeavors:
- 30 Primogems
- 20,000 Mora
- 2 Hero’s Wit
- 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore
