GAME hosts exclusive first look event
To celebrate the announcement of the hotly anticipated Guitar Hero Live, GAME is offering fans the chance to put their guitar strumming skills to the test in an exclusive first look event.
Taking place this Friday 17th April, 9–11pm at GAME Westfield Stratford, the exciting event will give fans a sneak peek of the new game ahead of its autumn launch. Gamers will hear from Freestyle Games, watch a live demo and have the opportunity to take to the stage themselves in the latest instalment from this epic franchise.
Available now to pre-order in store and online at www.game.co.uk , Guitar Hero Live features two innovative new gameplay modes and an all-new guitar controller. GH Live mode puts you onstage, looking out: you get a heart-stopping first-person perspective as a real crowd reacts to the notes you play. Or gamers can switch to GHTV – a playable music video network, where you can play along in real time, discover new music; and challenge friends around the world.
Dave Howard, GAME Stores Director comments: “Guitar Hero fans have been waiting for five years for this release, so we can’t wait to give them a first look at everything the latest instalment has to offer. At GAME we’re constantly striving to give gamers early access to new games and this event will not only give them the chance to get hands on but to hear from the developers as well.”
For a chance to be among the first to get hands on with the game and rock out in-store, simply bring along your Guitar Hero Live pre-order or deposit details to qualify – get there early as spaces are limited!
