Game studio Supergiant Games has announced on social media that recently released video game Hades has sold a lot of copies.
The official Twitter account of the developers revealed that their latest video game is really popular that it sold a lot of copies in just a week. It was revealed that it has sold over one million copies since its launch, but it does note that 700,000 of those were during its Early Access development.
To celebrate, Supergiant Games thanked the Early Access players for making the numbers possible. They stated that they designed the game with their help and now it is way better than how it started.
Critics have praised the game due to how innovative and interesting the gameplay is. On Metecritic, it now has a score of 91 for PC while the Nintendo Switch version is now at 95.
Hades is now available on PC and Nintendo Switch.
