343 Industries confirms that Halo Infinite co-op campaign beta release is getting a bit pushed back.
Halo Infinite Co-Op Campaign Beta Launch Not Today
Fans of Halo Infinite have been waiting for the co-op campaign to get released starting on July 11, 2022, but it seems it will get pushed back now. 343 Industries gave this statement last month, “You’ll soon be able to take the fight to the Banished with your friends and family in the upcoming flight which is targeted to run from the week of July 11.” It seems that is not the case anymore.
Director Shares Update on Development
Community Director Brian Jarrard was the one to drop the news on Twitter. He said that the team is currently working on the upcoming Halo Infinite network co-op insider flight build. While they hoped to release it on July 11, 2022, it seems they are hoping that it gets released within this week. He just confirmed that it will not start on July 11, 2022, unfortunately.
Jarrard then revealed that the team actually found some issues in the current “flight ring” and now they are working to address them. It was best to fix them before they could make certain of a release.
The director then apologized on behalf of the team if fans were anticipating of the flight today. They had to delay it a bit longer in order to give them a positive and worthwhile experience when they play it.
Fans will just have to wait a bit before the team finally makes an official announcement of the release.
Halo Infinite is now available on PC and Xbox consoles.
