Game studio 343 Industries recently announced on social media that the ODST-style Firefight mode will be coming to the Halo: The Master Chief Collection soon.
This was actually a popular game mode in Halo 3: ODST and will now be added to The Master chief Collection later this summer. There was no specific release date for this awesome game mode to be added. This will be a first for this collection to have new game modes outside of multiplayer and campaigns.
Firefight is just the same as the popular Horde mode that other games have. ODST got this game mode first way back in 2009. A lot of fans enjoyed it and many were asking for its addition to other titles. It will be launched on Xbox One and PC versions of The Master Chief Collection.
