Horizon Call of the Mountain Game Length – How Long to Beat

Even existing as a spinoff of the critically acclaimed Horizon franchise, the Horizon Call of the Mountain game length provides a full experience that shows you what the PS VR2 can do. Horizon has always had a beautiful post apocalyptic world, now we get to see it in first person up close. Just how long will you be spending to beat the game in full?

How long to complete Horizon Call of the Mountain

Horizon Call of the Mountain can be beaten in about 6 to 8 hours. Not that long for a video game but not too atypical from a spin off or VR titles.

Building from the success of Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, Horizon Call of the Mountain takes the post apocalyptic world filled with machine dinosaurs. And it’s absolute gorgeous! You could spend a long while just chewing the scenery before moving on.

Understandably, Horizon Call of the Mountain is a bit limited due to being a VR game. Guerilla Games couldn’t give us a sprawling open world to explore this time around. However we’re treated to a pretty decent length of gameplay where we can meet new and old characters, fight robotic dinosaurs, and more importantly chew the scenery.

Although there is combat in Horizon Call of the Mountain, it’s not the primary focus. Instead traversal and platforming take a front seat. You’ll be able to meet familiar faces from the main franchise who you can get up close and personal with thank to the PS VR2.

Horizon Call of the Mountain Game Length

The entire Horizon Call of the Mountain can be finished in about 6 hours. More if you decide to chew the scenery before moving forward. This spinoff of the Horizon franchise is a rather linear but beautiful PS VR2 game.
