Palworld’s mid-game to end-game playthrough can be demanding on resources, especially when it comes to building high-end structures. One of the main materials you will need is Circuit Boards, and there are certain prerequisites before you can even get your hands on them.

Read ahead as we go over the steps to make Circuit Boards and get a general idea of what they are used for in Palworld.

To make a circuit board in Palworld, players need to reach level 35 on their character first and unlock the Circuit Board recipe using tech points it in the Technology Menu.

After you’ve unlocked the recipe for the Circuit Board, you will need a Production Assembly Line to produce the material. This can be unlocked at character level 28, and building one requires 100x Ingot, 50x Wood, 20x Nails, and 10x Cement.

Keep in mind that the Production Assembly Line needs electricity and cannot operate unless a power generator is set up within its range. At level 26, you can access the Technology menu and unlock the Power Generator, and building it requires 50x Ingot and 20x Electric Organ. Once done, it’s time to craft the material.

Each Circuit Board requires 4 pieces of Pure Quartz and 2 pieces of Polymer to make. You can farm for Pure Quartz deposits in the Astral Mountains and Frostbound Mountains, or simply refer to our Best Pure Quartz Farming Locations Guide.

Meanwhile, Polymer (unlocked at level 33) is also made at the Production Assembly Line using High Quality Pal Oil. If you’re wondering where to get this resource, we’ve made a complete guide that details how to get and farm High Quality Pal Oil.

What are Circuit Boards used for in Palworld?

Circuit Boards are mainly used for crafting all of the following materials:

    • Electric Cooler
    • Electric Furnace
    • Electric Heater
    • Electric Kitchen
    • Electric Medicine Workbench
    • Electric Pylon
    • Jetragon’s Missile Launcher
    • Large Ceiling Lamp
    • Large Mounted Lamp
    • Mounted Missile Launcher
    • Production Assembly Line II
    • Refrigerator
    • Sphere Assembly Line II
    • Weapon Assembly Line II

Follow the steps above and you should be able to make tons of circuit boards for various technologies in the game. If you would like to see more guides and walkthroughs, make sure to check out our main page for Palworld.
