Publisher Maximum Games have recently launched their spooky game, In Nightmare, on both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Accompanying today’s launch is a brand new trailer that further proves once and for all that we’re not afraid of being alone in the dark… we’re afraid because we’re not alone in the dark!
In Nightmare tells the story of a young boy who closes himself off from everything and falls into a deep slumber, where nightmares have come to life to haunt his every move. Heartbroken about his family’s troubles, the child escapes reality into a dark, whimsical world created from pieces of his own memories.
With the help of his dream spirit, the boy will find ways to sneak past enemies, overcome intricate puzzles, embrace his fears, and uncover the truth so that he may be able to purify the monsters he has created, and maybe… just maybe wake up from this nightmare.
