There have been speculations that the popular Naruto Uzumaki from the well-known Naruto anime is coming to Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8.
According to some reports circulating online, the leaks happened during the Apple vs. Epic Games lawsuit when the files that outlined Epic’s future plans of the popular battle royale game were made public.
Ever since the file was brought to the web, people were excited for Naruto Uzumaki’s arrival in Fortnite when this was stated. However, this begs the question: will Naruto come to Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8?
Is Naruto Coming to Fortnite?
Yes, Naruto is officially coming to Fortnite on November 16, 2021, according to the teaser image from the game’s official Twitter page.
Players expected Naruto to arrive in the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 Battle Pass, but according to Twitter user, Candywing, there was a misunderstanding between him and Epic Games’ CCO Donald Mustard and that the Naruto skin will only be available in the game’s cosmetic shop.
It’s worth noting that Epic Games has not yet given any specific details about the Naruto skin on Fortnite, and we will know more details in the upcoming days leading to November 16, 2021.
Who is Naruto Uzumaki?
Naruto Uzumaki is the protagonist of the popular ninja manga titled Naruto. He’s a young ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village who’s been treated indifferently because of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, one of the most dangerous creatures that almost devasted the village.
All thanks to the Hidden Leaf’s fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, he managed to prevent the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox from destroying the village but at the cost of his life. He used the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style to cage the demon fo into Naruto.
The manga started its original run in 1999 with the first part ending in December 2007 with Naruto: Part II began its run in 2010.
Naruto was adapted into an anime television series that aired in 2002 and ended with its season finale in 2007 which then immediately started an anime adaptation of the second part of the Naruto manga titled Naruto Shippuden.
