Is Redfall on Xbox Game Pass?

If you’re subscribed or thinking about subscribing, you may be curious to check if you can play Redfall on Xbox Game Pass. After its Bethesda acquisition, Microsoft has begun to add quite a few titles to its gaming subscription library, many of them from the publisher. As such, this guide will answer whether Redfall will be on Xbox Game Pass, so read on.

Will Redfall be on Xbox Game Pass?

Yes, Redfall will be on Xbox Game Pass from May 2, 2023, and onwards. It will be available to play on Game Pass as a day one Microsoft exclusive, so you can play the game as soon as it launches.

Redfall will be available for standard, ultimate, and PC Game Pass subscribers. If you’re subscribed to any of the three, you’ll be able to play the game without any restrictions when it comes to platform.

This isn’t the first Day One game from Bethesda to be released on Xbox Game Pass either. Just a few months ago, at the time of this writing, we got the surprise launch of Hi Fi Rush from the creators of The Evil Within. Redfall is being made by those who worked on Dishonored, which fits the gameplay of this open-world vampire-hunting first-person shooter.

It’s important to note that Redfall still requires an online connection to play, so you’ll need to be connected to the internet even if you’re playing solo. Even if Xbox Game Pass allows you to play for some time if you’re offline, you won’t be able to connect to this particular game unless you’re online. So it’s better to keep this in mind before heading in.

This explains Redfall on Xbox Game Pass. We hope this article was informative.

Redfall comes out on May 2, 2023, and is available on Xbox Series X|S and PC (via Xbox Game Pass, Steam, and Epic Games).
