A new report suggests that one of the cancelled Google Stadia projects that was in the works was actually an episode horror game that game studio Kojima Productions was working on.
This is what Studio Founder Hideo Kojima might have been talking about last year when he ranted about a game that he was working on that got shelved instead. He shared that it was a major project and was very angry about its cancellation. He blamed it as how the games industry works.
Unfortunately, we will never know what that episode horror game would have been. It could have been a game comparable or even better than the Silent Hill series that Kojima had worked on but also got cancelled after he was kicked out by Konami a while back.
According to media outlet VGC, other titles that got cancelled include a game in development by Yu Suzuki and a sequel to Journey to the Savage Planet.
