    Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Fast Travel Guide

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 fast travel is a great feature for players who want to zip around the huge city without always web-swinging. Even though swinging from building to building is super fun, there are times you might need to get somewhere quickly. This guide will help you unlock and use the fast travel feature, letting you jump to different parts of the city in a flash.

The Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 fast travel option is not readily available on the get-go. It is a feature that players must earn.

List of Activities to Progress the District to Unlock Fast Travel.

Unlocking fast travel requires players to achieve a District Progress of level 2 for each city zone. In order to obtain District Progress Level 2, you need to do side missions and city activities, such as taking on Crime events that randomly pop up during exploration.

The ability to Fast Travel is tied directly to a city district’s progress. The way it works is you have a bunch of city activities in each location. There are three tiers of rewards available, with the second one being the ability to Fast Travel to that location. The more stuff you do in that district, the closer you get to unlocking that second tier of reward.

I suggest focusing on the side missions first like Prowler Stashes, Hunter Blinds, Photo Ops, and more. Not only do they give more in terms of District Progress, but stopping crimes is more on the unpredictable side. You can’t really be sure that the next one will pop up in the district you would like to gain access to.

How to Fast Travel in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

To Fast Travel, all you need to do is open the map screen, move the cursor to the district you have access to, and hold the Triangle button down until the bar on the low part of the screen fills up. The screen will immediately cut to the district over as if you’ve traveled through one of Dr. Strange’s portals. The effect is nice too.

That’s all I have for this short guide on Fast Travel in Spider-Man 2. If you’re thinking that it’s going to take a while to get to that point, you are correct. It will take some time to unlock a good number of Fast Travel points. The best you can hope for early on is to have a point on either side of the river. But it’s fun to go around the city, regardless.
