A new Kingdom Hearts spin off should have everybody excited. Unfortunately, for those who are excited to play the next installment in the franchise on their PS4s or PS5s will be greatly disappointed because “Project Xehanort” is headed to mobile gaming.
Although we don’t have an exact date for when it is going to be released, we do know that it is going to be within Spring this year. The tagline reads “Why did he become the seeker of darkness?” The main website does confirm that Project Xehanort will have microtransactions. Due to the greedy nature of mobile gaming, it is unknown just how much thee in-game purchases will affect actual gameplay.
As of now, Square Enix has asked the fans to guess what the game’s official name will be. While they don’t reveal what the prize will be, they did promise to contact the winners. Try your luck at their website.
