Operation BOOM is the fifth quest in Persona 5 Tactica. The rebels have found Marie’s stash of explosives and work on a plan to sabotage the place by taking out the guards manning it. Read ahead as we share the solution to Quest 5: Operation BOOM of Persona 5 Tactica.

Operation BOOM Quest Details
- How to unlock: Complete Mission 18 – A Perfect Plan
- Objective: Defeat all enemies within 3 turns
- Rewards: Morgana +20 GP, Erina +10 GP
This quest will have you use Morgana and Erina, plus another unit of your choice; it’s recommended to use Makoto as her Vortex skills can help in keeping enemies from getting too scattered, also try not to use units with spreadshot like Ryuji.
Operation BOOM Quest Solution
For this quest, you will need to clear out the enemies on the left side within the first two turns, then work on the enemies on the right side. There are lots of explosive in the area, make sure to check via the Analysis view to see the explosive range of the barrels.
Have Morgana move towards the other side of the map, and then position Erina to the left side while keeping the third unit near the starting area, but under a cover. This should allow you to perform a triple threat and eliminate most of the enemies on this side of the field.
Be careful when dealing with the brute enemy on the other side as its counterattack jump can also set off the barrels; best not to try and agitate it and focus on doing a triple threat around it instead.
After the first triple threat, there should be two enemies that got exposed from the attack, Have Morgana attack the one closest to him, then move him to the other side. Reposition Erina near the central tower to the north and keep the third unit close to where it’s at, and you should be able to do another triple threat to clear them out within the third turn.
