The latest patch for PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds PC version has now gone live on its servers with new content to try out.

PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds PC patch unleashes ranked mode

The new patch has now been released on live servers on PC just today. Most of the additions from the latest patch were implemented, but there are a few features that will be installed later in a future update.

The first implementation with this new patch is the Ranked Mode, which will make players a bit more competitive. The community will be fiercer in rounds this time around and that makes it more exciting. The bots will only be limited to casual modes for this.

This mode will have different rules, so come prepared. The matches will only have up to 64 players, feature increase loot, and no Red Zone to fear. This will also support solo, duo, and trio queues for first and third-person.

The patch also made some balance changes to many things including the guns. Bug fixes were implemented as well.
