Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC Leaked List Reveals Over 220 Classic Pokémon

A new datamined list of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC has revealed over 220 classic Pokémon returning to the franchise.

Just recently, a Pokémon Presents livestream revealed the new expansion for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. It will add back the older Pokémon from classic titles that are not found in the Paldea region.

Today, a Pokémon dataminer has found out that the recently released version 1.2.0 update for the two games has now removed a number of hidden Pokédex entries for certain Pokémon that were not in the game by default. The discovery was very intriguing.

Like with SWSH 1.2.0, in SV 1.2.0, GF have deleted Pokédex entries for a lot of Pokémon, instead of stubbing them.

Included in the list are all of the currently confirmed returning Pokémon for DLC, like Yanma.

Note that this same update and the same version number when it got released on the previous batch, Pokémon Sword and Shield, it also had unlocked entries in the Pokédex and “every single one of the deleted entries was now present in the DLC that got released later.”

The dataminer then compiled all of the entries they have datamined and has now released a list of the classic Pokémon that will be returning via the new Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC. According to them, the list has 223 Pokémon, which is not even half of the total Pokémon that are not currently included in the game.

Still, the list is impressive and might excite fans once again that classic Pokémon are returning to the newest titles of the series.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are now available exclusively on Nintendo Switch
