Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Greninja Tera Raid details

The Greninja in this version does not have a Battle Bond ability which allows players to produce Froakie eggs by having a picnic with this Greninja and a Ditto. It also has the Protean ability and has a nature that favors special defense at the cost of speed stat.

In battle, Greninja the Unrivaled will use Double Team and Toxic Spikes right at the beginning. These abilities will increase evasion and cover the battlefield in spikes that can poison enemy Pokémon when they join the battle. If a Pokémon is sent back in after recovering from fainting, it will become poisoned instantly unless it is Steel or a Poison-type Pokémon. An item that can prevent poison can also negate it.

Greninja has moves like Hydro Pump, Gunk Shot, Night Slash, and Ice Beam. It is quite a powerhouse with two physical and special attacks. Also remember, in this raid, Greninja is catchable only once but can be challenged multiple times.

Joining the raid are Pokémons Lucario, and Bronzong. Lucario will be in level 45 and 75 versions and Bronzong will have the same levels. One level 75 Lucario is a Steel Tera Type and another Bronzong is a Psychic Tera Type. All versions are catchable too.

This raid will definitely be quite a challenge for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet players trying this out.
