The Golden Wheel Right Room can be accessed at the Upper City-East area, past the room with the barrel weights. This area can be reached once you gain the the Gravity Wings ability from Chapter 5 and it is a location that is on the main path to reach Haftorang in Chapter 6.

Your objective for this room is to bring the battery from the ground to the top socket.

Start by grabbing the battery and throwing it at the socket. This will make the small middle platform pop out, but the vertical platforms on the sides will retreat.

Go up the platform and jump towards any side where the vertical platforms were and then leave a shadow. This will allow you to wall jump on them once they come back out later.

All steps from this point will be done in quick successions.

While the battery is still in the air, return to your shadow. At this point, the vertical platforms should still be out until the battery falls back to its socket, so quickly do a wall jump from the vertical platform and make your way to the upper platform.
