It seems that the launch of The Evil Within 2 last week didn’t include any support for the PS4 Pro – even the upcoming Xbox One X. While it shows “PS4 Enhanced” at Sony’s PlayStation subpage for the game, it does not have any features for the upgraded console.
According to Bethesda’s Community Administrator on a post, Jurassica, the publisher and Tango Gameworks are already working on a patch update that utilizes the power of both the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.
“We’re working on an update for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. When we have more information, we’ll happily update you. Thanks!”
As for now, we’re still in the progress of having our review out some time around this week or Monday of next week.
The Evil Within 2 ranks 3rd place last week in the UK Sales Chart, and is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
