Best Resident Evil 4 Remake Weapons
These are just the best weapons that can be obtained from the single run and this list does not include weapons that are available in a New Game+.
- Fighting Knife – The Fighting Knife is just better across the board as the melee weapon, but it can only be obtained a bit late in the game.
- Red9 – The Red9 packs a powerful shot that can deal effective headshots, with the only downside being its strong kickback.
- Broken Butterfly – The Broken Butterfly can be used in tandem with the Red9 or on its own as Leon’s sidearm as its shots are also powerful enough for headshots.
- Riot Gun – The Riot Gun is the most effective first run shotguns that can do quick work of mobs or even in close combat situations.
- Stingray – The Stingray is a better rifle that can cover you for long-distance shots as it is mostly stable and has a large magazine.
- Bolt Thrower – The Bolt Thrower is best used when playing tactically especially when using the attachable mines, but you will have to compensate for the slow reloading.
- Rocket Launcher – The Rocket Launcher deals huge amounts of damage and it’s best to always have at least one when you’re about to face hard bosses.
