One of the first Blue Request Note challenges in Resident Evil 4 Remake is to Destroy the Blue Medallions, which can be found in the Farm area, shortly after surviving the Chainsaw villager in the Village Square. Completing this request will reward players with Spinels, which can be used at the Merchant to purchase rare items and modifications.

All Farm area Blue Medallions Locations
There are a total of 5 Blue Medallions you need to destroy in the Farm area, and once you do find one, you simply have to shoot it using any gun in order to destroy it and count towards your objective.
Note: Keep in mind that if you destroy a blue medallion before obtaining the blue request note, your progress toward the objective will still be counted when you do get the note.
Farm Blue Medallion 1
Find this at the top window of the barn, where the passageway leading to the windmill has been sealed off.
Farm Blue Medallion 2
You may find this medallion under the wooden pillar that supports the Windmill balcony, which is hidden behind the shrine.
Farm Blue Medallion 3
To find this medallion, head back to the farm site near the well, where the typewriter was first discovered, and look on the outer wall.
Farm Blue Medallion 4
Proceed to the right of the tiny windmill and around the back of some kind of stable. There you’ll find a small shed you can enter. Move closer inside, and you’ll spot the medallion hanging above the ceiling.
Farm Blue Medallion 5
Near the site where you obtained the third medallion, you’ll find this inside a cow stable. Through a window facing southwest, you can see the medallion affixed to a wooden pillar.
