A new leak has now revealed the Resident Evil 4 Remake achievements and trophy list giving fans a heads-up on what is to come.
A list of the Resident Evil 4 Remake achievements was just spotted on Reddit today just before the official release date, March 24, 2023. While it does not have the different trophy/achievement types, it does have the descriptions and requirements for each. Also, be warned that some of these achievement descriptions have spoilers, for those who have NOT played the original game yet.
Some of the trophies/achievements include upgrading a weapon, defeating certain enemies, rescuing Ashley while being in a certain position, and so on.

Note that this list is still not official yet, but this is most likely real since there are already physical copies in the wild.
