Resident Evil Village Free Accessibility Update Launching Soon

New update launches together with major DLC!

CAPCOM has recently announced Resident Evil Village free accessibility update.

The upcoming Resident Evil Village free accessibility update which will introduce a slew of accessibility options together with the upcoming Winters’ Expansion DLC and Gold Edition. It will be available this coming October 2022.

Some of the accessibility options that will be added like subtitle size, color and background toggles, speaker name display in story mode, closed captions, and a permanent reticle. It is not that much, but they are quite important and helpful for gameplay.

The upcoming Winters’ Expansion will be launching on October 28, 2022 for PC via Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S. This will add a new third-person view, the Shadows of Rose story expansion, and new characters will be added to the Mercenaries mode. It will add characters like Lady Dimitrescu.
