Update: The official video got released. Watch it here.

Original Story: A new leaked video has recently revealed that the next Samurai Shodown DLC character is actually Baiken from Guilty Gear franchise.

With the recent reveal that the next DLC character will be from Guilty Gear, the leaked video is actually accurate. Usually, videos from this game are released by Wednesday or Thursday, but it got leaked ahead. Baiken will be joining the samurai-wielding crowd soon, August 19, 2021 and her version is from the Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2.

This particular version of Baiken has her 3D character model turned into the same design as to the characters from Samurai Shodown. She actually fits well in the game even though she has a handicap of only one arm. The video showcases most of her moves and even overwhelms Haomaru in the end.

Samurai Shodown is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Nintendo Switch.
